The goal was to develop a few new channels to engage the end customer as well as the companies distribution network.
We developed the self-serve Customer Portal that exposed the entire product catalog and allowed users to perform the following operations : Order products, Track orders, View order history, Manage inventory, Contact account executives, Scan and identify products using barcodes & NFC technology, Analytics of products use, Open and monitor cases, Place orders for clients using GPS positioning (for company reps), Store locator and much more.
All of the above functionality was also developed into the mobile application that we developed.
The entire system was syncronizing live with the backend legacy system and third party information providers (e.g. pdf generators and eSignature system).
Community Portal based on Salesforce CRM, Cross-platform mobile application built on Xamarin, Enterprise grade barcode scanning.

We developed the entire web application on top of the Wordpress framework, integrated with third party APIs, customized per clients request certain portions of the visual representation to match the desired result.
